When I was younger I used to care so much about my skin and how it looked, mainly because I was a young teenager and spots used to set up camp on my face!
I would try all sorts of things to help get rid of them, then a miracle happened! My Mum and I had recently discovered the brand Benefit Cosmetics, we were mainly drawn to the brand because of its beautiful packaging, which is still gorgeous as ever now, and started to take an interest and tried out a few of their make up products, we were hooked! I had read up about some of their skincare range but could only seem to find these particular products in the USA, luckily we were off to NYC that year so I knew I could get the products there.
Now I know everyone has there stories of spots and skin problems but my main issue was my forehead, the product I brought from Benefit cleared my forehead within 2 days of using it and I have never had any issues since, and this is going back at least 8 years!
Anyway, now that I am older I haven't been so strict with my skincare routine and have fallen off the cleansing, exfoliating, moisturising wagon, but after a trip to the Benefit counter and an introduction to their new skincare range, I gladly got back in the wagon!
Now I don't use the full range, I did purchase all the mini bottles to give everything a try and found that these were the products for me! I don't use them all every day, but they all get used through out the week, it really depends on your skin type as to which products and how many times you use them, that you need.
The packages and the bottles are just so lovely, and they last for a long time. You don't need much to wash your face with, just a small pea amount, my face wash has probaby lasted around 3 months, which is great value for money, as each bottle is around £17.50.
I use the Foamingly Clean facial wash, everyday before I go to bed.
This next product is Refined Finish facial polish. I use this maybe two to three times awake, when I want to give my face a good clean and get rid of all the dryness. My skin feels so soft after using both these products together.
This product is slightly more than the last at £18.50, but again I have only just finished one full size bottle, and I started using this in October last year!
My final daily product is the Total Moisture facial cream. So smooth and has a very tiny hint of fragrance, leaves my faces feeling gorgeously smooth, absolutely love this product!
I have had this cream since October and have used the tiniest amount, pretty sure I won't be replacing this for at least another 6-8 months.
This product is £29.50, again seems a lot but if you think of the cost over a year its about £2.50 a month, which is nothing!
My final product is the amazing BOO BOO ZAP! This is a specialist product made to get rid of those happy campers that live on our faces, SPOTS! It works by drying up the skin, you apply this around 3 times a day, it can go over make up and won't ruin it, works wonders! I hadn't tried there new one as my old lasted such a long time, but recently invested in this new branded BOO BOO ZAP! and its still the same amazing product! Well worth a purchase if your struggling to get rid of those BOO BOOs!
This product is £14.50, again like the others last ages and is very good value for money.
